Roles & Responsibility:

Key Responsibilities

🔍 Reconciliation & Banking

•  Oversee daily bank reconciliations across multiple accounts and payment gateways

•  Ensure accurate reconciliation of customer payments, vendor payouts, and internal transfers

•  Monitor and resolve discrepancies in real-time to maintain financial hygiene

🧾 Vendor & Client Reconciliation

•  Manage end-to-end vendor account reconciliation, including credit notes, refunds, and outstanding balances

•  Coordinate with operations and sales teams to validate billing and service delivery

•  Maintain transparent records and resolve disputes with vendors professionally

🧮 Audit & Compliance

•  Lead internal and external audits, including statutory, financial, and GST audits

•  Prepare audit schedules, documentation, and responses to auditors

•  Ensure timely filing and compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory obligations

📊 Reporting & Analysis

•  Generate monthly MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial forecasts

•  Analyze profitability across business verticals and suggest cost optimization strategies

•  Present financial insights to senior leadership for strategic decision-making

🧑‍💼 Team & Process Management

•  Supervise junior accountants and finance executives, ensuring timely task execution

•  Develop and implement SOPs for finance operations, including escalation protocols

•  Collaborate with tech teams to automate reconciliation and reporting workflows
